Comments about Philosophy Miracle Worker Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 30:

I love this brand. I also own hope in a jar foundation. I own shades 3,4 of both. I think this foundation is luxurious and the coverage is amazing. I have fair skin with pink undertones. I also suffer with acne. This foundation did not cause irritation. My only complaint is that the makeup doesn't seem to fully dry in a humid environment and it can rub off on clothing. Get dressed before applying.
Overall worth the price..the coverage is excellent and natural looking.

I've been looking for the right makeup for a long time, and I'm pretty sure this is the one. SPF 30 (yay!), really, really nice finish, and blends perfectly. The coverage is buildable and looks quite natural even with several layers, but I don't mind letting a few flaws show through when my skin looks so pretty. Doesn't cake or migrate to wrinkles. The treatment effects are nice. Not miraculous, but noticeable. I do wish it would wear longer.

I was thrilled that an age spot virtually disappeared. I felt young(er) again! My only complaint is that when it arrived, the product had spilled inside the packaging. I hated wasting any of this - especially as it is a bit more expensive than other foundations.

This foundation has taken years off my face. It just looks so perfect for my mature skin, which tends to be blotchy. I really can't say anything negative about it. I have used many, many name brand foundations and this is my favorite.

miracle worker foundation will provide medium coverage, with a dewy, radiant finish. it is highly emollient to help re-hydrate aging skin.

I currently use Philosphy Hope in a Jar foundation. I find the coverage too sheer no mater how much I " build" it up. I am 66 yrs. old and after reading about Miracle foundation, it sounds more suited to mature skin and provide better coverage .Do you agree,? Also, in Hope foundation I use shade 7. Would I use the same shade for Miracle foundation?
                              Thank you.

I currently use Revlon Color stay whipped #240 Natural Beige. I just turned 40 and typically have normal skin. However, I am going through chemotherapy for stage 4 Cancer and it along with other medications are drying out my skin and causing premature aging. I'm looking for a medium to full coverage liquid foundation. Would this be a good choice for me and if so what shade would you suggest? I cannot get into a store to sample shades. Thank you in advance for your response.

Hi. I have used MAC Studio Fix in NW25, Philosophy Supernatural in Natural (when they had the sponge applicator, loved that), and Bare Minerals in Medium Beige. All powders that I apply for light to medium coverage. I am age 57 and I have average to dry skin (more average) with red cheeks. Thinking to try Miracle Worker or Hope in a Jar, or maybe stay with Bare Minerals and try the BareSkin. Need an opinion on product and what color matches my prior products. Thanks!

We recommend trying philosophy’s Hope in a Jar Foundation (Item #: 2269752), since it’s oil-free and won’t react with acne prone skin. If you find the coverage light, try Miracle Worker Concealer (Item #: 2269748) to build up more coverage in specific areas such as nose, chin, etc. You might also consider using the Miracle Worker Miraculous Anti-Aging Moisturizer For Blemish Prone Skin (Item #: 2271931) before applying the foundation, since it's an anti-aging moisturizer that also helps to avoid acne and blemishes.

This foundation's weightless formula doesn’t feel heavy and won’t settle into lines and pores! To increase wear, you can apply a primer prior to foundation application. We suggest Philosophy The Present (Item #: 2209126) to help further camouflage fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven skin texture for smooth, long wearing foundation application:

Those with younger skin can benefit from using this product, too, as its antioxidant-rich formula also works to counteract premature aging.

This product features medium-to-full natural looking coverage and is formulated for all skin types, though if you prefer a lighter weight oil-free formula, we would suggest Hope in a Jar Foundation:

                              Hi,

I currently wear SmashBox 3.2 OR MAC MatchMaster 5 - I hurriedly tried on Shade 9 (I honestly do not recall whether it was the Hope in a Jar, etc. It matched my skin fairly well I thought, but I didn't leave it on all day (I went home and washed my face). W/that, would the Shade 9 be your recommendation? Additionally, please be advised that I am very oily and would definitely set it w/either a loose or pressed powder and I always use a primer.

                              Thanks!
