I really like the way this applies and feels on my skin. The problem is the shades choices not enough and the tones just don't match my light olive complexion.

Like the pump dispenser, you can see when your getting low. Never have like a liquid foundation before this. You don't even feel it on. Wonderful feeling on the skin. Stayed fresh looking while I worked ten hours in a factory setting. Great stuff!

Comments about Philosophy Hope In A Jar Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 20:

The color match for me was perfect and I have tried so sooo many different brands. One thing that surprised me is that it lasts a long time because it is so light. I would love it if it was more buildable as it does not really cover blemishes as well as I expected or the under eye circles. I do like that it does not seem to settle in my under eye area which is great. Overall I am very pleased, my only negative is the coverage is not better.

                      • Q:

I have been using the Philosophy Hope in a Jar moisturizer and I really love that. I was using the Bare Minerals powder foundation. I have really dry skin, I have redness and I am also in my 40's. Will this foundation flake on me or settle into my lines and will I need to use an additional product for my redness and my pores?

                          A:

You can achieve medium coverage with either product. To address the signs of aging, we suggest using Miracle Worker Foundation, which features an anti-aging formula to help improve radiance and tone, even after you take it off, and to visibly take up to 5 years off your complexion!

I currently use clinique's even better foundation in creamwhip #14. Which color in this product would replace my clinique formula? I have issues with foundation settling into the lines around my eyes making them more pronounced. Will this product do that? If so, would there be a better option for me from the philosophy line?

This product features a lightweight formula that helps to minimize the appearance of fine lines and pores. It is long wearing and won't crease or settle into lines.

Is there another product that I can use to get rid of that? I use dermablend under my foundation right now but it's a little heavy so is there anything light weight? THANKS!
