Sponge is too hard. If you have any type of arthritise or sore hands, it is hard to squeeze. Good for exfoliation though.

This product takes off the dead skin cells and leaves my skin soo soft. If you have any tiny bumps it gets rid of them. I use this everywhere but my face.
