I absolutely love this product and wear it all year round! In the winter my skin is a bit lighter so at first I was worried this wouldn't blend in but it did! I am impressed at how well it has worked since. I use a tiny drop of it and it goes a long way. I think if anyone is having issues that it's too heavy or not blending in perhaps you're using too much? I use about the size of a dime, maybe a tad more and it blends in well. My skin tone has also improved with this product!

    does not color correct

    By Sooee

Comments about Dermadoctor DD Cream Dermatologically Defining BB Cream SPF 30:

I got this in an Ipsy bag a ways back. There's only one shade and it's fairly dark. It's supposed to color correct but it doesn't imo. I got quite a few comments on recent photos that I'm very tan but it's really this DD Cream which functions more like a self tanner imo. At least it has some spf and does hide my blemishes well. I have no bad reaction to it but it's greasy so I have to put powder all over my face then I'm good for the day. The powder lightens my complexion too. I like that it's a squeeze tube but a pump is always nicer imo. I wouldn't buy this though bc for how much it costs and how it performs I could find better. Most importantly in my correct shade.

Comments about Dermadoctor DD Cream Dermatologically Defining BB Cream SPF 30:

Purchased this after using the dermadoctor cleanser. It is a little thick, as others have mentioned, but I don't find it an issue. I apply it over my standard moisturizer and it goes on well, and goes a long way. I like the tone it gives to my skin while also providing UV protection. I prefer a really natural look over normal foundation and this does the trick. Add a little blush, mascara and lip gloss and head out the door.

I use this product with the special face wash. I do like the consistency but don't think the pigment matches my skin tone. This is a new product for me so I'm just trying to get a handle on how it will work for me

Comments about Dermadoctor DD Cream Dermatologically Defining BB Cream SPF 30:

I went into Ulta to purchase Exuviance foundation which I love. The fellow talked me into trying this D D cream as he said it would take care of my slightly reddish complexion. No matter how I applied it to my chin (where the red was) it looked caked on. I used a sponge, my finger and a brush and none worked. Also one shade just doesn't get it. It was the first time that I have ever returned a makeup product but this was too pricey to just throw away. I was glad that I purchased the Exuviance foundation that day. It is made by Neostrata and I LOVE everything in their skin care line. Their foundation actually helps your skin, they have my exact skin color and it is easy to apply.

Comments about Dermadoctor DD Cream Dermatologically Defining BB Cream SPF 30:

This was recommended by the consultant in the store. Once I got it home and used it I found it was too heavy. It did not glide on, but was thick and way too dark for fair skin tones. I was originally looking for a lightweight moisturizer and primer.I brought it back and tried something else.

                very nice finish.
wish it were a little more moisturizing.
i apply a second layer over my rosacea and it covers pretty well.
can't believe one shade matches everyone, but it works for me.

This product provides hydrating benefits, but those with dry skin types may still prefer to layer DD Cream over moisturizer for added hydration. DD Cream features a lightweight formula with no greasy feel.
