Love the retractable feature - perfect for taking along in my make-up bag as the brush doesn't get dirty or destroyed. The brush is soft and seems durable. It is easy to cake on the powder if you aren't careful. I have done this a few times and my make-up looks thick and overdone. If you use a light hand and go slowly, it makes for a nice finish.

This product will sometimes shed. I like that it is a retractable bush, keeps my makeup case clean. I use this type of brush with my compact face powder and compact blush. I find that compact powder sticks to the bush easier than loose powder and makes less of a mess. I retract the brush half way, making it harder, in order to apply enough of my compact powder on the brush, then release and apply. Otherwise, the brush is too soft and the powder/blush won't stick to it.

I use this to put on pressed powder everyday and the powder goes on evenly and gives you a perfect finish. It sheds about one bristle hair every use but it's nothing serious.

I use this product to apply my powder blush and I love it because it's compact, but extends to a full length brush applicator and it's also very portable. It also applies my blush perfectly.

The case protects the brush. I do wish it was a little shorter.

Product was great quality and super price, but I personally found the bristles too soft. They bend too easily and I have to use much more powder than I usually would to get the same level of coverage compared to a stiffer bristled brush. Good for everyday all over powder application, but not good for detail work, like contouring. Love the retractable cover. Keeps things sanitary and is wonderful if you have a nice purse or travel and want to keep powder from getting all over everything.

Don't waste time or money purchasing this product. Buy a cheaper brand that does the same thing.

I have bought make up brushes that were on the cheaper side before and I was very happy with them. This brush is awful! The bristles were all over my face, neck and bathroom sink.
