Comments about Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation:

I use the powder on my whole face. Even on eyelids to help hold eye shadow. Lips also, to help hold lipstick in place. Like most powders, it can be a little bit messy, but the container has a better design than most to address that problem.

Comments about Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation:

When I discovered TARTE, I was ecstatic! I have been using their products for flowing on two years now. I always look for cruelty-free, all natural products that do not have hidden agendas. Tarte is just that & MORE! The foundation I was using just did not do my face justice. It seemed like 'Why even bother?' I mainly completed the task of applying foundation for additional SPF coverage to my beauty regimen. But with Tarte, that shifted into an excitment to apply make up knowing the products have the sensitivity of faces best in interest.
I have Medium skin tone because I am of a pale complexion but freckles galore! This foundation blends in beautifully with my freckles and skin tone! It is definitely light weight- it does not feel like some heavy product on my face, it allows oxygen to penetrate and the ingredients are amazing! The design of this foundation is just so unique as well. It has a net that you place the brush in {may I sugguest the Tarte Airbuki Bamboo Powder Foundation Brush- it fits perfectly on the net to perfectly distribute the foundation} and it glides on creating a beautiful blend!

Comments about Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation:

I tend to have oily skin and can breakout easily, this product has not caused any breakouts and does an absolute excellent job controlling oil. It is also long lasting. As with so many other foundations, I have to reapply powder many times throughout the day to absorb oil. This product already being a powder, does the job of foundation and powder all in one, and actually really works to control oil. It is a light to medium coverage, so great for the day look. My only complaint is the size for the price, other than that I love it.

Comments about Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation:

I generally have a pretty even skintone with minimal breakouts, so most days I don't wear foundation. I also have an incredibly hard time matching my skintone when I DO try a new foundation. I got this foundation as a gift and it turned out to be an almost perfect color match. It looks very natural on the skin and blends very nicely. I recently bought the powder foundation brush from IT cosmetics and it gives really great coverage; however, it can be really difficult to get the product from the tub to the brush! You have to pat the brush on the netting, but sometimes I get a TON of product that I have to tap off, and sometimes I won't get any product at all. Annoying! But otherwise, I can wear this foundation ALL DAY with no issues.

Comments about Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation:

I love this as a replacement for liquid foundation because it lets my skin breath. I wouldn't say it is "full coverage" although I may just not know how to achieve it being inexperienced with powder makeup. I apply with a brush and then set it with finishing most/water to even out the effect on my face.

              Amazing brand, amazing powder coverage

              By Tina

              from Gainesville, Georgia

Comments about Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation:

I started using Tarte's Amazonian Clay 12-hour Full Coverage Foundation a couple of weeks ago. I loved that product and was since then curious to try this one together with it. I purchased this at my local Ulta store a few days ago and have worn in it in different ways just to see its performance. I am a Tarte girl forever! I loved it by itself, with a cc cream under and on top of the tarte foundation. I have sensitive combination skin, oily in my t-zone and some normal-dry patches on my cheeks and chin, so it's typically challenging for me to find a good foundation for my skin type and my skin tone (I am a light olive-yellow, nc25 in MAC). I've been using MAC for a while, but now at age 28, it seems to not do so well on my skin anymore (keep in mind that as we age, what worked for you before may not work for you later). I started breaking out and didn't like how my skin felt during the day. I decided I needed to change my foundation routine. What's so great about Tarte is that it's natural ingredients don't affect my skin negatively, instead I feel they improving my skin. This powder doesn't crease on my smile lines or on those dry patches (when they're not as moisturized), but I do believe in a skincare regimen first, a good primer and then makeup. My color in this Is Light Sand and it's perfect!! I start seeing a bit of oiliness on my t-zone after about 5-6 hours of wear, which says a lot for me! Even though I do blot, it's not a lot of oil and I feel this powder has done the best job so far in controlling it out of all my past powders (realistically, you can't make the oil of your skin disappear for good, and anyway, a little bit of oil isn't a bad thing at all). Anyway, I really recommend this line/product for anyone who wants a matted, longwear, medium-full coverage powder foundation to wear alone or pair it with a liquid/cream foundation.

In addition to being dermatologist tested, the Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation formula is formulated without parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, triclosan, sodium lauryl sulfate or gluten.
