After seeing positive reviews about this product, I was hoping this would work for me and did not mind paying the extra money. However, I found it difficult to work with and blow drying my hair was extremely labor intensive. The product made my hair very stiff to brush through.

We buy mousse to give body to our hair. This product COLLAPSED my hair and it was fly-away. I tried to shampoo it out of my hair but it took 3 shampoos to get my hair back to its normal texture. For me, Kenra 12 mousse is much better and not nearly so pricey!!!

I returned this product because it does not do what the product claims it will do. I have curly hair and need mousse to lightly hold - this one makes hair soft & fly-away! I love Alterna working hairspray so I decided to try this mousse. It is awful!!!

I bought this when I had my 20% bonus. I read all of the reviews before I purchased this mousse. I used way too much the first time. The canister did not have the directions in English! When I used too much, it made my hair sticky, brittle, and caused a lot of breakage. Lesson learned! The next time I used it, just about the size of a large golf ball I did much better. I try to use what I buy and don't return beauty products. I will keep using this until it is gone, but will go back to my favorite, Living Proof!

Alterna gives you a huge amount of product for a reasonable price compared to Living Proof.

I have used several hair products to achieve a thicker, more volumized look for my hair. I have thick hair but fine texture. I really like this mousse. It is not sticky and leaves hair volumized, soft and frizz-free (even in humid Alabama). I use about a lemon size of this everyday with nothing else but hairspray to hold my look.

My girlfriend told me about this mousse. I have been looking for years for a mousse that I like. Most of them make my hair feel crunchy. This makes my hair feel like silk! Also shiney. I don't know how much different it looks but it makes me feel like my hair is beautiful.

I like this product in principal. The line of products is superior, i jat have very fine hair and it seems to make my fine hair harder to pull for a blow dry and I feel like I am breaking off my chicken feather, brittle hair. Sorry, just keeping it real.
