Comments about Palladio Precision Eyeliner:
This liner is comparable to Milani eye liner. It is creamy, highly pigmented and goes on smoothly. Of course as with any creamy liners, you need to set it with a powder shadow to keep it from running and to make it last, but it is very good. I love the color selections and would definitely recommend it to a friend. The price point is very good for this type of liner.
