Use it every morning and it works great! I have naturally curly hair so straightening it is very time consuming! I love it works just as good as my old chi and I had that thing for 4 years!

My first CHI went 8 years strong.... this? under 9 months. Saving the receipt did not help, as it is out of Ulta's 60 day return policy. It's a great iron, and I hope this was a lemon, but I can't be sure.

Couldn't wait to the buy the Chi but was sadly disappointed to it had a large hair dryer-like plug, did not have not adlustable temperature settings, and was heavier in weight than the Babyliss I had been using.

Without Jennifer Smith's assistance at the Rochester Hills store, I NEVER would have thought that something named "flat" would give my fine, straight hair such body. And, if Jennifer hadn't shown me several looks, I would not have purchased it. It's even great on second day hair! Thanks Ulta & thanks again Jennifer!

I thought that getting a Chi straightener would be great. It straightens beautifully. Your hair looks great right after. But about an hour later, the ends of my hair look like poorly.
