I have relatively straight hair, but needed a flat iron to smooth my flipped up ends. I have tried many flat irons that have failed to straighten the flips! This flat iron works great, there's nothing I would change about it. It heats up very fast, straightens and smooths my stubborn unwanted flips in my hair. I would recommend getting this flat iron. Also, the purple chevron design is cute!

For how much this product is, I thought it would work a lot better but unfortunately it hasn't. I have long wavy/curly hair which takes forever to do and with this product it is still taking forever to do my hair.

I bought a Chi about 3-4 years ago that broke about 1 1/2 years ago... I didn't have the receipt or box so I didn't even think about trying to return it. I then bought a Hot Tools straightener that was AWESOME. It just recently broke and Ulta didn't have the same straightener in so I decided to buy a Chi again. The quality of the straightener from my last Chi is HORRIBLE! So light weight and cheap feeling. Definitely doesn't get as hot as my Hot Tools and doesn't have a great curling effect like my Hot Tools. I'm going to look for my old Hot Tools straightener and return the Chi.
