I absolutely love this CHI! This is the second one I've owned and I hope it lasts forever. I love the vibrant colors, the smothness it adds to my hair and the fact that it doesn't snag at all. I would recommend this to anyone. It also heats up super quick, which is nice for a quick straightening!! :)

The Chi tames my unruly hair like a champ. I recently got a great color and cut and needed an iron that could really make the most of the style. A coworker mentioned that she had a Chi and said it was great so I immediately placed my order. It heats up fast and I love the watercolor design.

I love my Chi! I had a pink camo one for years, it broke when my then 7 year old decided to leave it on and melted the button off (my con would be the lack of an auto shut off). Just had the money to splurge on another one and I picked this, I love the design, looks gorgeous on my vanity with all of my urban decay palettes! Looks aren't everything though. Heats up by the time you run your chi serum through your hair! No need to heat the iron the whole time you blow dry like back in the day. My daughter is mixed, and has really curly hair, and it straightens and shines it to a point that it looks like she has thick Asian hair. Her hair is naturally fine and soft and her hair is beautiful natural as well, but this locks in amazing shine and straightens it as if she looks like she was born with straight hair. I have a short asymmetrical bob, fine, thin, wavy hair. I run this thru it in the front and sides and it doesn't turn out as the day or night progresses...I also flip my short back under, which also stays put. The only thing that could possibly be bad is if you don't know when you're done because your used to pulling a less great product through several times, you could burn your hair. I never have. You do also need something to protect your hair, this heat is serious!
