I love my chi flat iron. I have had cheap straighteners that break off my hair or leave my hair looking frizzy and dried out, the chi makes my hair super straight and shiny/silky/smooth. The only thing I don't like about it is that it gets extremely hot very quickly and there aren't any temperature settings on it, other then that, I would recommend the Chi it is worth buying.

I didn't have to worry about the heat settings. It has one heat setting and that works perfectly. It glides through my hair and makes it very smooth. I love it.

I got my first Chi 5 years ago, and just recently purchased this Chi to replace it. While I didn't use it everyday for 5 years, it did get a tremendous amount of use. Well worth the money! I couldn't be happier!!

This flat iron is amazing. I always bought cheap flat irons and they really didn't work. The Chi gives a nice, smooth shiny result. LOVE IT!!

everyone always says how great the chi is i dont see it. i have normal to thick wavy hair so i have to take tiny sections and it still wont fully strainten it my hair still will have a wave to it the ends of my hair feel fried the stupid temp. dial on the side gets in the way and i always hit it with my finger and it puts the temp. down witch is annyoing cuz then u have to wait for it to heat up the only thing its good for is smoothing out the little friz on top

Perfect for my needs, I don't spend a lot of time on my hair, except on special occasions. Heats up very quickly and does the job efficiently. The only negative aspect is it does not have any heat settings.

I had a CHI for 7 years until it went out on me, I bought this CHI thinking all of them are great quality, not so much. Not happy with quality or cord. The cord is too chunky and way to long and gets in the way. The plates are closer on one side than the other when closed. It seems as thought the quality of the plates are not as good as my last one. Taking it back to the store this week!
