I blow dry and straighten pretty much every single day, so I've got plenty of damage. But this stuff makes the ends of my hair so smooth that it's hard to stop running my fingers through. It doesn't feel gunky or greasy or oily at all! It's a little expensive for the size, but it works so well that I will probably keep investing for a while.
