I love this tanner. I put it on with a self tanner mitten. it goes on evenly and produces a natural tan. The best thing is, you don't have to wait 30 minutes to get dressed and it doesn't rub off on your clothes.

I wear latex gloves when I apply it since it is REALLY hard to get it all off your hands.

Be sure to use a sponge mitt when applying. Goes on pretty evenly when you apply it this way.

I have a very fair complexion, and I have used this for 3 years now and love it. It doesn't have a strong odor like some sunless tanners I've tried.

This product is the best self tanner on the market. I am fair skinned and it creates a very natural looking tan. I think it goes on fairly even, but I recommend applying it with a tanning mitt to avoid staining your palms. Unfortunately, you do *smell* like self tanner. I have a trick though - wash it off with a scent eliminating wash (used by hunters) that you can find at sporting goods store that sells hunting gear. It works pretty well for getting rid of that yucky self tanner smell.

Like that it has a brown amber tint when applying so I can see where it is going. Pleasent almond cherry sent. Did not cause any skin itch.

I saw several reviews on YouTube about the Bare Minerals Faux tan so I went to Ulta to get some and they were TOTALLY SOLD OUT! However they had it online and I was able to get it there. This self tanner has an almost greenish undertone, and does not go on bronze-y, sienna like so many self tanners do. That green undertone is the key to the amazing finish and natural tan it gives on skin. This tanner makes my skin look like I've been laying out in the sun--without the harmful rays and the aging that real suntanning can do! My skin tone is fair to medium and this color is perfect and buildable. The only downside is that is stains your hands TERRIBLY if you use it without gloves. I got some gloves from the hospital where I work and it solves the problem. Any type of latex gloves will work. Do not use a "mitt" it absorbs too much product. Gloves work fine and I had no problem getting a smooth, even blend while wearing gloves. I love this self tanner and will repurchase. Worth every penny IMO.
