I really love Bare Escentuals. These colors are very natural. At first I was put off by the sparkle, I was hoping for something matte. But it was very natural looking on and really made my eyes pop! The only down side is the dark color must be used sparingly which if your careful will actually make it last longer.

The compact is very convenient, unlike the eyeshadow that comes in the pots that I have used for years. I use my own brush, not the tiny sponge that comes with it. I love the colors and the product glides on and blends beautifully!

I was really on the fence about the 'Masterpiece' eye colors. I couldn't figure out just what the deeper color was. After a few tries I got a look like no other--not brown, not taupe, not gray. To me it appears to be a mix of those shades. A truly neutral color that makes the most of my 62 yr. old eyes without looking like I loaded the shadow on. Very nice effect. I gave it 4 stars because the brush is too small and I'm not a fan of BE mascara.
