I really liked the overall product (especially loved the eyeliners and lip gloss), but the brushes are awful. I felt like I was giving myself rug burn while putting on the eyeshadow! The eyeshadows themselves are decent with a good amount of variety, but you need to use a primer to get good color payoff.

Liked the variety. Since I tend to travel a lot it was nice to have the palettes to take one at a time with me. The only negative is that the case doesn't really close when the brushes are there with the palette.

I love the idea of being able to take away the color palette that best matches your daily mood. However, the colors do not last all day. Using an eyelid primer before apply the eye shadows help. Good gift to give to somebody who doesn't have too much experience with makeup yet!
