I know this product is for the face but I am one of those people who get acne on my butt. I bought it for that. It worked the very first time I used it. It is wonderful. I had a couple of bumps/pimples on each side of my neck, used it once there and the next day they were gone. I don't get the scrubbing stuff in it because it feels like no scrubbing. It's very gentle and easy to use. I'm so glad I tried it.

So far I'm loving this scrub. I have oily skin with mild acne issues and was looking for a cleanser that was gentle on my skin but will leave my skin feeling clean and refreshed. The Neutrogena Naturals Acne Scrub definitely fit the bill. Usually it takes about six weeks to tell if a product is really working but so far I'm noticing a slight glow in my face and my skin feels great after every wash. Pick one up. I doubt you'll be dissatisfied.
