Comments about Cetaphil DermaControl Oil Control Foam Wash:

I have oily and shiny skin. This face wash did not help at all. It left my face extremely shiny and even more oily than before I used it! I could see the oil coming out of my pores. It was disgusting! I am not happy with this product at all.

My dermatologist recommened this product to me. I have seriously oily skin. This product really calmed down the oil production. I tried another product that promised the same results but this one is my one and omly

Comments about Cetaphil DermaControl Oil Control Foam Wash:

At first, I loved this. I found it was really controlling my oil, however, in the long run, my skin produced more oil to compensate for this product. My skin got confused and I got extremely oily, but I also had dry patches (which I never get).

Gentle enough for all skin types, but daily use leaves skin flaky and dry.

Comments about Cetaphil DermaControl Oil Control Foam Wash:

I would recommend this foaming wash only to use one day out of your weekly skin care routine. It works by bringing impurities to the surface of your skin. It does help with sebum oil over production. I have sensitive skin and sometimes break out above my lip by my nose, but this is able to get rid of redness by cleansing the pore and the rest of my skin care routine clears it.

Recommended by my dermatologist to use with the Cetaphil Dermacontrol SPF30 moisturizer, along with a Retin A and Aczone regimen. I'm 30, still can't get rid of acne. This is very gentle, and will not irritate your skin if you have a breakout. And we all know clean skin during a breakout is key!

I have awful acne and sensitive skin and this is the only product I have found that seems to hard enough to control my acne but gentle enough so it does not burn my skin.
