I have light/medium skin. For some reason it is difficult for me to find a red I love. Some reds just seem too garish for daytime. I read the description of this one and I figured, oh well, what's one more... OMG, LOVE LOVE LOVE. Doesn't go on garish. It is a soft, shiny, delicate touch of red that lightly coats your lips and is PERFECT for daytime use. If you feel like the usual RED is sometimes too much for daytime (but awesome for nighttime) then give this one a shot. I did and I am IN LOVE. FINALLY!! Thank you Poppy, THANK YOU!!

I've been looking for the perfect sheer red and this is exactly what I wanted. The other tinted balms I've tried just haven't been the right shade of red. It's a little pricey, but it is a very nice color and I will be buying it again when I run out! It looks like a very dark red in the tube, but it doesn't come off like that on the lips. It's more of a pretty soft red. Truly that "just bitten" look like the description says. :]

It feels very nice and light on the lips.
If you're scared of red lipstick, then definitely try this out. It looks really natural and it's also very buildable.

I am so in love with this lipstick! It looks and feels BEAUTIFUL! I am obsessed with red lipsticks, they are the only colors i wear but sometimes red can be too much for the occassion. This is my solution for those days and just a few more swipes across the lips deepens the tint if i want. Thos is a wonderful brand. I am hooked! It goes on so perfect i just LOVE putting it on i finf myself reappling way before it is necessary it just feels so silky!!! BUY THIS LIPSTICK!!!

I am a HUGE fan of lip products, & I can honestly say I have tried them ALL, from high end department store, to drugstore. Medieval by Poppy King Lipstick Queen is A-MAZING! I instantly feel in love with the concept behind it & after I tried it for myself, this lipstick is GORGEOUS.

Pros - It's a build-able sheer red, for the just bitten lips that look like they've been kissed all day ;) Also the tube is cute & the packaging was well thought out.

I've tried high end lipsticks that horribly dry out my lips, but this one left them so SOFT & moisturized I found myself reaching for it over & over again through out the day.

It wears off a bit after food/drinks but I noticed it does leave a slight beautiful stain.

I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS PRODUCT, & I apologize if this sounds like a rave, but you have to honestly try them. They will make anyone fall in love with lipsticks over & over again! <3

This does just what it says, and a very good option if you're not looking for a thick lipstick color. The red color is very sheer, so it adds the right pop of color and looks natural. Great for days out in jeans or getting together with friends!
