Apply dry, for a soft, smoky effect.For a bold, dramatic look, use a tiny drop of Laura's Shadow Shifter Shadow/Liner Transformer on an eyeliner brush, dip into Eye Rimz and apply on the top and bottom lashline.Tip: For extended wear, prep eyelids with a thin coat of Laura's Waterproof Eye Spackle Advanced Eyeshadow Primer.

I love the metallic look, and any new ways I can mix up my look, I do use it with eyeliner brush a dab of water to make shiny metallic look on top and bottom eyelids!

I have quite a few of these and I like how my eyes look when I wear them. You don't need the shadow shifter to make them more intense, just a little water on the eyeliner brush and more than one swipe across the lashes is all you need. Definitely looking to buy more!!
