3. Remove clear plastic cover, then peel French tip from backing paper.
4. Position tip onto edge of nail and smooth over nail edge. File off excess.
5. Apply clear / sheer strip to nail over French tip. Press strip to nail and smooth over entire nail.
6. File away excess from nail edge.

I am not great at applying nail polish, and the nail strips made it so easy. They didn't chip at all, and at my Ulta I got them on clearance for a great deal. Plus, they lasted for 2 weeks at the least! I think that they are a bit expensive for everyday wear, but for special occasions they are great.

Absolutely love the product. Was sceptical at first, because of it being a decal type finish so what I did was, I applied one first, did the dishes, took a shower and washed my hair, and the nail looked the same as it did before I started all those things. One thing I would like to see improved, or maybe just added to the line is a slightly wider strip. I have wide nails so what I had to do is add polish to some of them on the sides.

Absolutely Love Sally Hansen Salon Effects. Ever since I first tried them I haven't used a nail polish. I was hesitant at first since they essentially are stickers and ever since, I am hooked. I suggest to try them at least once. Very easy to use and last over a week and yes I do a lot of dishes and they make it through. If I happen to see a small chip I just file the nail and it looks as good as the first day I applied them. I prefer to peel them off under warm running water or soak them in warm water rather than use nail polish remover. They come off just fine that way and also keep your nail strong unlike getting acrylics done at a nail salon.

I never do my nails and I was looking for something to not bite my nails. Yes, this product was a tad difficult to apply at first but once I got the hang of it my nails look great. I did apply a top coat over the tips and clear sticker. It says it last 10 days and a week later my nails are going strong. These are a quick fix but if you want professional looking french tips...GO GET THEM DONE!!!
