I really wanted to like this product. I am a lip stick junkie and probably own 40 assorted sticks and glosses. I wanted something that both moisturized my lips and stayed on all day. As soon as I ate or drank anything, the color was off, just like a regular lipstick. I thought that the advantage of a stain was that it stayed on longer. Also, the lip balm end did not keep my lips as moist as I would have liked it to.

I put this on in the morning and lasted all day. I had to apply a moisturizer a couple of time through out the day, but love it. I will purchase different colors.

The idea behind this product is great - stain and balm in one convenient product. However, the stain doesn't saturate the applicator end. In fact, after about two uses, it seemed to be all dried up. The balm is pretty disappointing-not enough moisture and no shine. I would not purchase this item again unless it was redesigned.
