For best results, Hot Legs recommends applying a good body scrub exfoliator in the shower to remove dead flakey skin cells and prepare your skin for a smooth even result. They recommend Hot Body, Body Scrub.
To apply, just rub the lotion on your skin like a moisturizer in a circular motion with your hands or soft cloth. Follow instructions for use and wash hands after applying. You will LOVE the results!

This product is fairly inexpensive and smells good. But you need to use it every day to keep a light tan. It isn't dark, so if you are looking for a dark tan it isn't for you. I prefer Xen-Tan for a deeper color, but it is more expensive.

I decided to give this product a try even though it was a bit more expensive than the other brands. I am so glad I discovered this tanning lotion! The bottle says it has a good scent but I was skeptical since every tanning product I've tried has ended up having that bad smell after a while. This one smells SO GOOD! I put it on the night of a wedding and by the end of the night it still smelled really good. You won't see immediate results because it takes 5+ hours for it to fully set in. If you are looking for a natural, sun-kissed glow tan this lotion is for you! It doesn't have an orange-y jersey shore tint at all! If you apply with you bare hands make sure you wash your hands really well after! One complaint I do have is that this lotion is a little pricey and the bottle is small...I wish they would make the bottle a little bit bigger!
