Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours.

I cannot use SPF products greater than 15. Anything higher makes my skin break into a rash. Because of the concern of skin cancer many mfg. have quit making anything under SPF 30 which I cannot use. I appreciate Ulta making a great SPF15 product I can use while swimming!!!
