I am not a fan of glitter/confetti polishes because they are so hard to remove, but this one changed my mind! I wore it alone, and it works great that way! You can build it up easily, but the less you use the more it takes on the look of paint splatter, which is a great effect. Building it up would look great on an accent nail. It goes on easily, though you may want to still pay attention to avoid getting it on your cutitcles.
The confetti did turn vertical in some spots, but only a couple of spots on my application. It was easily remidied by clipping off the offending piece with cuticle clippers.
It is a pain to remove, however. The way I've found that works best, on ALL polishes like this, is soaking a piece of cotton in remover, putting that on your nail, wrapping it in foil or something similar, and letting the remover soak onto the polish for 5-10 minutes.

Great polish...black and silver different cut sparkles! I love it! It does get a little clumpy due to the glitter pieces.

I use this over another color, looks really good with lighter colored polishes. You do have to use a top coat because the long glitters kinda peal off but nothing drastic.
