I am a HUGE Essence Lover and I bought this because I needed a waterproof eyeliner. As soon as I got it I tested it out on my hand and I let it set for like 5 min. then went outside (it was raining) the liner ran everywhere so it was yet another eyeliner that I had to wear when it was dry..bummer...so that day came nice dry weather so I decided to give it another go...it wore well very bold in color I was happy except for the fact that is NOT waterproof so when it was time to take my makeup off I dont think I have ever cursed at my makeup before until that moment it smudged all over my eye area with the makeup remover thats not the horrible part...it stained that whole area even after using 3 different makeup removers NOTHING helped! I had raccoon eyes for two days as it SLOWLY wore off...NOT happy I looked so silly =(

I have other liquid eyeliners and this one did not do well for me. It skipped on my eyelids, had to re-apply where it skipped, did not stay, it smudged above my eyelids, too hard looking for me. Jordana Fabuliner does better and cost less. Will not re-purchase.

The tip is a felt tip but its sturdy so it doesn't flop and move while you're trying to draw a precise line. Great for beginners, great price point and long lasting but easy to remove with makeup remover! I'm buying more
