After 10+ years of solar/gel nails, I needed major help. After trying at least six other kinds of stregtheners/hardeners from cheap to expensive, this one has blown me away. I alternate this with Nailtiques #2plus because I like a clear polish on my nails and it really helps to keep my nails hard. You have to be really careful with Mavala since you dont paint the whole nail, just the end. Youtube has good video instructions so you can see how to apply. I dont find it smells bad and it soaks in quickly. Follow the instructions and you will have great results. Not to be used long term or your nails will break off.

Very good product. Don't be turned off the price and the small bottle. If used properly it will deliver results and will last you a long time. It was recommended by my sister who have been using it for over a year now and I have seen results on her. It has improved my nails as well and I've been using it for about 1-2 months. I use it in combination with Nailtiques Formula 2 twice a week and my nails feel and look very strong and healthy. The only con for this product is the foul smell which I only sense during application, it does not linger on after it's dry; if it bothers you too much I suggest using a face mask.
