I own a couple of these and plan on buying more. It really takes the guessing out of creating a smokey eye with colors that work together. I also like that each one kind of contains its own day and night look. I use an eyelid primer with these shadows and the color lasts all day. These have been a definite win for me!

These did nothing for me. They crumbled, they didnt snow up. Didn't stay on the brush, so the crumbles fell in my eyes. Most ULTA products are fairly good if not great, but the mark was missed on this one.

I picked up the palette with the olive green selection and was thrilled with the color, color payoff and the ability to blend. I could take a couple of looks in one palette with me on trips! I didn't like that the colors were in curved, small lines (a little hard not to pick up an adjoining color) but very pleased - plus I got it on sale.
I picked up the plum/violet group - paying full price - and was very disappointed. The colors do not adhere to the brush, so you kick up a lot of fallout, but nothing actually gets to your lid.
So I'm one for two. Love the green, the purple is a throw away.

I use this product for every day and I LOVE it. You have so many color combinations in one pallette. I want to get several more of them. They are nice and compact so as not to take up a lot of room in your make-up bag.

I bought this palette earlier today and wanted to try it out. I got the New Wave palette because I thought the purple and teal shades would work for my brown eyes. First I attempted to use a dry eye shadow brush to pick up some of the darker teal. It was flaky but that's okay. I put it on but I could see no color actually transfer onto my lid. Thinking perhaps if I wet my brush, it would work better. Nope, it just made my lids look ashy and distressed. I tried out the other 3 colors and still the same results. Before anyone thinks I didn't use a eye primer, I actually did. Of all the Ulta products I've bought over the last few years, this has been the most disappointing out of them all. I *will* say the color combo in the palette was great and I really wish it worked because the colors are beautiful. :(
