It was way too tingly for me and my 2 friends that tried it. It felt like my lips were burning from the inside out. They even turned blood red.

Yes, this burns upon application- but only for about 5 minutes. It works like a dream, I have decently large lips to begin with but when I want larger, full lush lips I use this. I do NOT use it every-day. Once a week at most. I apply once, let sit for 15 minutes, and apply a second time. A layer of lipstick or gloss over the top and voila, set for the night. A tube will last me 3-6 months.
One warning: Do NOT get this product anywhere but your lips.

It definitely does the job as far as lip plumping is concerned; however, it is rather gooey / sticky and I would advise pulling long hair back upon application.
