cannot figure out how to use this product, went to the official web site hoping for a video demonstration, nothing to help me. Looked at other sources without any help, seems like I am not the only one who is having trouble...will be returning it!!

So...I have fine hair and getting it to stay up has always been a challenge, as my hair has always slipped out easily of barrettes, rubber bands, etc. I was so excited when I found this prodcut, as I thought I had found a true winner. The first time I used it, it kept my hair up all night (although it was a bit snug on my head)and I had to adjust it a bit to relieve the pressure. I was thrilled with how it worked. The next morning I went to use it and my hair would not cooperate with the pin. I took the pin out to examine it and I found that one of the spokes had busted. This product needs better reinforcement, and then they will have a true winner!
