I adore this polish. I typically get my nails done at a salon every two-three weeks, but this polish has such a professional-looking result, I can do it myself.

Comments about Revlon Nail Art Moon Candy:
Fun and funky with big chunks of holographic glitter, but hard to get the base color on since it's so dark and the brush is pretty flat and straight. A rounded brush would be a bit nicer. Also, you may have to apply 2 coats of the top coat for more glitter effect. Otherwise, because it's so thick, it gets spread out with a lot of unfinished space between. I love the colors, but they don't match up that closely to the advertisement's depiction of them. Just not the same.

Comments about Revlon Nail Art Moon Candy:
The bold color and sparkle of Revlon's Moon Candy is simply out of this world ;) Fair weather means peep-toe shoes and sandals- pedicure time, right? I have an office job, so I would highly recommend Moon Candy for a stellar pedicure or a fun weekend manicure. I found that due to the heavy metal-flake in this product, it tends to chip. If you do not add a top coat, it is not very difficult to remove. I highly recommend that you give Moon Candy a try!

Comments about Revlon Nail Art Moon Candy:
My new favorite! Even got a great reaction from the boyfriend, who isn't a fan of polish ("Woah! Cool!"). I agree with some of the critiques--the base coat is a bit thick, the double-ended packaging is harder to handle than a typical cap and brush, and the glitter chunks can be sparse. That said, any unevenness in the base coat disappears once the glitter goes on, and the space between the flecks creates a beautiful contrast. I'm a perfectionist, but I applied this very quickly before a dinner date, and it still came out fabulous. Any drawbacks are outweighed by the impact of the finished look. Plus it's about half the cost of buying two separate colors.

Comments about Revlon Nail Art Moon Candy:
I have never disliked a nail polish so much that I felt compelled to write a review. Until now. I was very excited about this polish, it looked fun but still professional enough to wear to work (I bought "satellite", and I always try to make sure I don't have sloppy nails at work, both receptionists asked me if I was sick one day when I showed up with just a clear polish). It was a mess to put on, the base coat was streaky, the top coat was clumpy and uneven. I tried adding an additional top coat to try and even out the sparkles, which resulted in an extra thick coat of gloppy uneven sparkles. This will tell you how bad it looked, my male coworker (who knows nothing about fashion - a typical guy) said "yeah, looks kinda weird. I don't think you should choose that one again". Which coming from a guy is as close to saying "that looks bad" as you can get. I thought maybe I had just applied it incorrectly the first time, so I started from scratch and reapplied on fingers (and toes this time!). Same results. In the trash, moon candy.

Comments about Revlon Nail Art Moon Candy:
I loved the color. It looked like stars on my nails, and for the first day, they looked great. The problem comes with the varied glitter sizes--the larger pieces of glitter snag on EVERYTHING and end up chipping off. I tried to remedy it with a top coat, but that didn't do anything. I'm disappointed because I really loved the way it looked, but it just didn't last. :(

Comments about Revlon Nail Art Moon Candy:
I have acrylic overlays for strength. I love applying fun polish and nail art over them, so when I found this product I couldn't wait to get home and try it! The base coat is opaque in one coat, and while gorgeous, the top coat is unfortunately lumpy and difficult to apply smoothly.
Removal was difficult and damaged the acrylic, leading to thinner spots and chips, something I rarely have with other polishes.
I would recommend this product for natural nails rather than overlays of any kind.

Comments about Revlon Nail Art Moon Candy:
I found this product to be difficult to apply evenly. The top coat was NOT easy to apply, and you had to strategically place your glitter pieces for even coverage. After the top layer dries, it is not smooth and would need a couple of clear coats of polish to get that "finished" look. Will not purchase again.
