Charcoal (blue) .Item #: 2252518."
The website clearly states this is "charcoal blue" eyeliner, but when it arrived it was black (all charcoal, no blue). The store was nice about accepting a return, but it would have been better to avoid buying and paying to ship a black eyeliner when I wanted a blue one.
