Absolutely love this product. I was finding my hair to be unmanageable, dry and frizzier than it was when I was younger. I have tried approximately 40-45 shampoos over the last 5 years and some have been expensive. Don't waste your money, go directly to the store and buy this one, you will not be disappointed. I think I will stock up before they realize what a great product they have and run out of it.

I like your products better than most on the market because they do what they claim. However, When do you plan on taking Hexyl cinnamal (class B allergen) out of your shampoos and conditioners? It's unfortunate for women with allergies to fragrance who are unable to use your wonderful porducts. I'm sure women who do not have allergies won't even notice if it's gone.

I love the scent. It calmed my thick hair. I would've liked it if it had smoothed my hair though.

I used the whole system and have extremely thick and curly hair. I was impressed with how well it worked when I straightened my hair with a blow dryer. Used to more high end better smelling products and i did not care for the smell of my hair after using this product.
I would recommend it though because it did what was advertised.

I happened to be in the shampoo aisle at Walmart and I noticed the new line of shampoos and conditioners. I picked the Smooth Intense Shampoo and Conditioner up as an impulse-- the packaging was sleek and eye catching. I have dry, damaged color treated hair. I used them both and what a difference! I had compliments on my hair the next day as my friends noticed my hair seemed healthier and shinier immediately. My hair is so much softer now.

I was skeptical, but tried the shampoo and conditioner because my hair is kind of wavy and not smooth-textured. I don't like to buy "salon products" at Ulta, because I think you take a chance with the product doing what it says it does as with any product. I'd rather spend less taking that chance. I really can tell a difference with this compared to the Pantene products I've used. It is noticably flatter and shinier. I just wish the shampoo were thicker because it comes out very quickly, and takes a lot go get a lather.
