Kind of sticky, but just a little water and it foams up great. Rinse well as it will make your eyes sting if there is any left on.

Okay so this is a FABULOUS cleanser. Zoe Dechanel uses one that is similar to this. The first time I got a sample of this, I didn't know how to use it and I didn't like it because of that reason. I think that's why alot of other reviewers gave bad reviews. But once I figured it out, it works fantastically!!! I love it! The key to using this cleanser is, although it is an oil cleanser, you have to use ALOT of WATER. Foam it up in your hands a little bit with some water before putting it on your face, then keep adding water while you cleanse to keep it foamy. It takes off the dirt, excess oil, and makeup from my skin. Of course this should not be used to take off eye makeup completely, but it helps a lot. I would recommend this to people who have those awful dry patches of skin on their faces (like me) after you cleanse, because this cleanser eliminates that! It does not have much of a smell.. it has almost a nutty, strange smell to it, but it is not frangranced which is a good thing for me since my skin is sensitive to that. I will be getting a big bottle of it soon!

This is a new product but it appears to be doing a good job of cleansing the face- nothing extraordinary but does the job. Only complaint is that it is extremely stinging when it gets into eyes.

I had received a sample at one of my many trips to this beauty haven. I put it in my travel cosmetic bag, and when recently in Los Angeles attending the Oscars, I used it to take off the heavy makeup from that evening, It took a second for it all to be emulsified ,and it rinsed off quickly.My skin felt soft and clean. Loved it. I could not wait to get home, and buy the big bottle. Plus I was able to use my coupon. I may even try other Ulta skincare products, because of my delight in this one.

This is just an okay product for me. I really dislike how sticky feeling this is on my skin and how difficult it is to work up a lather. But, it cleans my face, so that's what counts I suppose. I will finish this bottle, but I would not re-purchase.

Love this cleanser. It removes makeup (including waterproof mascara) better than any other cleanser I have tried. For an oil based cleanser, it doesn't leave skin greasy at all. I have dry/combination ski and I always have to follow with a moisturizer. Skin feels very fresh and clean after using, and I haven't had any issue with breakouts although it needs to be rinsed extra well from eye area or it can be a little irritating.

I hoped this would be like the Jose Moran cleansing oil or Shu Umera cleansing oil but it was not.
When mixed with water it got thick and gooey and was hard to rinse off.
If it gets in your eyes accidentally it burns and stings and I would not buy this product again.

I returned this product. It actually burned and irritated the skin under my eyes. The return policy was great.
