I was excited about this purchase because I thought it would make curling my hair much easier and hassel-free. It's honestly not totally the product's fault that I didn't like it very much. I have layered hair which made it difficult to clamp the end of the hair to allow it to automatically spin around the barrel. The shorter pieces constantly fell out of the clamp. It also made my hair smell burnt after curling. My other curling iron does not do this, so perhaps it has something to do with the material the barrel is made from. This product may work well for someone with hair that is all the same length, but it wasn't for me.

I would not recommend this curling iron. Because it revolves on it's own it's a lot to get used to and I never use it without burning myself. Additionally, the clip is not tight enough so my hair never stays in unless I leave a large amount on the other side of the clip. This results in curl above about an inch from the bottom of my hair. Great disappointment!

If you are new to curling hair, this is the best tool you could ever buy. I have very long, very straight, and very thick hair and this curling iron is perfect. It is quick and easy and gives the perfect curl. LOVE!

I really love this curling iron! Once I got the hang of it it was great on my own hair as well as my kids. I have 3 daughters and we all have a ton of hair. this heats up great and is nice and hot to do the job. the only reason it doesn't get a 5 out of 5 from me is I wish the clamp that holds down the hair was a little tighter and that the spinning sound was a little lighter but other than that I recommend you at least try this out if you like to try new products. it's worth it

I would not reccomend this product. Yes, it is very easy to use. However, the curls, if that's what you call them, are just squiggles. Not real curls or spirals. Returned it.
