I have been taking this for 3 weeks. I'm not certain if I look younger. It sounds as though I need to try it for a longer period for that result. I must say I have been sleeping much better and this happened within 3 days. I have also lost a few pounds, but that is most likely due to a drop in calories. I'm going to try it for 3 months and will report back. A good night of sleep is worth it to me!

Not that great. Took daily at same time and as instructed. Save your money. Drink lots of water, stay away fom sugar and caffine and eat allot of fresh produce, will get much better results and save ALLOT of money.

Both my husband & I are taking this. He prefers to take his in the morning & I do mine at night. I have noticed I have tons more energy & I am not moody. During my monthly cycle I also for once in a year did not experince head aches. We have only been taking for a month so will review again about the effects on our skin.

i started to take SeroVital four and a half months ago. After the first 3 weeks i felt my skin moisturized,then i had long,adventurous dreams. after 2 months i realized my nasolobial lines were fading.And i had more energie and most importantly more desire to move around(to walk at work,cycling and running)After 4 months my hair looks better and my BMI went from 20,4 to 19,5 and my arms&legs look more toned.i definitely recommend it to anyone.(although after a couple of months to swallow 4 tbs every day is a little bit boring) But i dont know if i can take it all my life.Does anybody know for how long we can take Serovital? Because i love it and dont wanna quit.
