Comments about Ouidad Curl Co-Wash:

I've used many, many Ouidad products and for the most part, I really like them. I love the Climate Control gel and the Hydrofusion Cream. So I thought this would be a great try. Personally, I disliked the smell of the product. I like the smell of Wen very much (but get inconsistent results from it) and hoped this would be similar. It was too floral and too "fake" for me. The product does foam up but it's very harsh--you can't comb through at all. Even after using conditioner post rinse I felt that my hair was rough. My hair ended up looking very dry and damaged or if I put in too much product to compensate for the dry, rough feel, greasy and flat.

I've gone back to DevaCurl no poo and low poo and am much happier.

It made my hair feel dry and once it dried it made my hair "grow" and frizz. I use several Ouidad products. This one just doesn't seem to work for me

I have very kinky hair and this product paired with a good moisturizer really defines my curls. I tried other brands because of the price and my curls were not as defined. I will continue to look for a good co-wash with a smaller price tag while using this product.

This product looked like it was going to be very convenient but I found that it did not leave enough moisture in my hair. I went back to the Curl Quencher duo.

I was very dissatisfied with this product as it did not perform as it said. It does not spread well so I was having to use a lot of product. When rubbing my scalp I felt that it was not cleaning well and it left an oily/waxy film on my scalp even after rinsing out. It also didn't leave my hair feeling moisturized but rather felt stripped and dry. I usually use DevaCurl No poo and I love it so will return this bottle and stick to what I like

I have had "chemo curls" for the last four years. After tryiing many, many products, I have finally found this Quidad co-wash. It works splendidly!! My curls are soft, shiny with no build up, It is a little expensive but a bottle lasts me four months and I wash my hair every day!
Only problem is that it is hard to travel with because of size and pump. Otherwise it is the best product I have used in years!

I used to use wen a few years ago and I was expecting the same results from this cleansing conditioner. But I didnt get it... The product is alright it cleaned my hair pretty good but after I rinsed it out I expected soft hair with slip. But I didn't get that. I would rather use a gentle shampoo then this. But I'll find some way to get rid of it... it was too expensive to throw away.

I have curly but fine hair that dries out very easily. I wanted a cleanser that did not leave my hair feeling stripped and I wanted the ends of my hair to be conditioned. Neither of these desires have been met by this product. After two weeks, my hair is still super dry at the end and oily at the scalp. I am not impressed. Also, the pump on the bottle is annoying. I need about 10 pumps just to get about a teaspoon of product. I have better things to waste my time on.
