My hair requires daily conditioning in order to remain healthy. I think I've tried almost every conditioner available, from the the drug store brands to salon specials as well as the highest end conditioners. This is the best conditioner I've ever used. It is lightweight, so it leaves hair silky soft with great movement but it works harder to improve my long term hair health than any other I've used...my hair is very fine and cut in subtle layers. It's noticeable if the ends aren't healthy...it just doesn't fall right. Most deep conditioners weigh my hair down. This one does more work than a deep conditioner but leaves it light and flowing. I nearly forgot it was time to get my haircut last time because my hair was still so healthy after so many weeks. I was truly surprised at how well this works on so many different levels.
