I read about this in a magazine and decided to give it a try. The application is smooth and silky, I really love the consistency of the gel. It does work in 4 hours which is great if you're in a pinch for a glow. I have to pay close attention to make sure I apply it evenly otherwise I do get streaks. The only thing I really didn't like was the scent as it tanned. As you apply it the fragrance is night and light, but as it activates the "self tanning" the scent is very overpowering and not in a good way. Smells strongly like old school self tanner which I'm not used to since I typically just use a "glow" lotion that works over days. When I use this, I apply it and then shower the next morning to get rid of the smell. Otherwise I do really everything about it, including the affordable price.

I love the color that this gives, but it smells so bad! You have to wait for it to dry and then apply a regular nicely scented lotion to cover up the stench. Be careful when applying around ankles - it will show up unevenly if not blended well.

I have a more yellowish skin tone and do not like the orange look. This gives you a natural glowing color. Does not come off onto clothing.

I do not tan and mostly stay out of the sun.
I wash my face twice a day so I need to reapply it every day. That's no problem as it is hydrating and my skin feels soft.
