I received a sample of this from Ulta. I really enjoyed the product, and I also really liked the smell of the product, but it is very strong. So strong it bothered my allergies and kept waking me up while I was trying to sleep at night. I agree with the other reviews that applying too much can easily make the hair look greasy. I do not think I applied too much to bother my nose, though. After washing my hair with different products for three days, the smell was still hanging around, but had lessened, making it more enjoyable, smell-wise, allergy-wise. I think this product is great and I am still contemplating purchasing it. It would be cool if they could make this same great product in a "light" version, with less of the perfume smell.

I apply this after towel drying and in conjuction with a smoothing cream (paul mitchell)before blow drying with a round brush. I have found if I use too muchit leaves my hair feeling a bit oily. I try to avoid using on roots. I have repurchased and it seems to last a long time even though a small bottle.

I use this everyday on damp hair before drying. Then I apply it to sections as straightening and my hair looks smooth and shiny like it did when I was 20 and didn't have to work so hard at it.
