Love that it is so quiet! I have fairly long kinda thick hair and it does the job pretty well. Comes with 3 attachments too. The button placement is something to get used to but the product, for the price, is a good deal.

I was looking for an upgrade from my old hair dryer and wanted something that would provide even heat (not burn my hair), be fast drying and lightweight with a cool shot option. This dryer has everything I was looking for and more. The heat doesn't scortch my fine hair and dries it much faster than my old dryer. Love how it is lightweight and easy to use.

After trying and then returning several blowdryers- mostly other Hot Tools models...this one is a keeper! It makes my fine hair shiny and less frizz. My only tiny complaint is that it doesn't have one of those little rubber anti-slip thingies to keep it from vibrating and "traveling" around countertop when you set it down while styling. It travels around and almost ends up in sink.

I was really excited when I bought this dryer ... it was everything I was looking for in a dryer. After two months of use it died on me. Big disappointment.

My husband loves the ease of use of this hair dryer. Speed setting (high, low, off), heat setting (high, medium, low), and a cool shot button...that's it! We originally purchased a different Hot Tools dryer and he hated the fact that it had too many confusing settings and an off switch that you had to hold for about 15 seconds before it shut off. I wish this dryer had a medium speed setting (thus the 4 star rating), but I'm a huge believer in compromise!
