While this hair dryer does leave my hair frizz-free after drying, it takes 5 minutes longer to dry my hair than my previous hair dryer. I am seriously considering exchanging it for a different dryer that gets hotter.

Quiet, easy to use and well balanced but I had to take it back because it just didn't blow enough air on high (seemed to be on low instead of high). I checked out the demo dryer in store and it was the same way.

I previously had a very expensive hair dryer that really got too hot and was drying my hair out, no matter what products I used. I switched to this hair dryer, and been using it for several weeks. I am in LOVE with it. Can't say enough good things. My hair is medium to thick and dries evenly now, no frizz, shiny and healthy looking. I don't have to use a straightener or curling iron to get that smooth look. Only need this hair dryer, which is lightweight and pretty quiet for such a powerful tool!

I finally decided to buy a more expensive dryer and I'm so glad I did! I have curly hair so the large diffuser was awesome for me. It dries my hair really quick without having to turn the blow dryer to high heat and without frizz. I love the rotating handle that's one of the best features. It allows me to diffuse the one spot in the back of my head where the curls just don't cooperate with me. Definitely worth the money!

Have used this only a few times, but it is quiet, lightweight and dries my hair quickly.
I wish it produced slightly hotter heat, but that doesn't appear to affect drying time.

My old dryer finally died after 10 years. I selected this one for it's rotating handle. While yes it rotates, it's really difficult to turn, thus I don't turn it. In the long run, the first thing to break will probably be the rotating part.
As a dryer, it works as expected... it dries my hair!!
