I wash my hair every other day. I enjoy using this Shampoo. Since I have used it, my hair color seems to have lasted longer. It cleans my hair and washes out the product that I use so that my hair is left clean and not heavy from the left over residue from using products to style and manage my hair. It also leaves my hair smelling nice. I have often been complimented on my "perfume" when I don't wear any perfume. My hair product does that for me.
