My hair was severely dry due to several factors, 1. I color it full process or full highlights 3 times a year 2. I switched to Pureology and it did not work well with my hair 3. I moved to London for two years and their water is very mineral/hard. I was about to consider chopping 5 inches off my head until my co worker who also is a hairdresser recommended I used chi and keratin. I've used CHI in the past and had good results but the price always threw me off. This is a bit expensive for the size bottles that you get, but you get what you pay for. My hair is already softer and shinier after only two uses of this system. I also got the straight guard as I have to blow and iron my hair to get it straight. Overall happy with the system, just wish they were 16 oz bottles for the price.
