I bought this after trying Wen at my stylists. It doesn't work as well as Wen but it is decent. I have only used it twice so far and both times my hair was very soft, no other products needed. Curious to see what happens after repeated uses.

I have used Wen before and absolutely loved it, but was looking for a good alternative to it since the wen products are a little pricey. So I found this salon graffix product and decided to give it a try. And I have to say, I do not like it. As I was washing my hair with the conditioning cleanser it didn't feel creamy or that I was even washing my hair. My hair still felt dirty and tangly. I tried the intense repair masque after using the conditioning cleanser hoping it would help make my hair feel softer and less tangled. I left it in for five minutes and nothing...it took a little while to get the brush through my hair. Won't buy again.

This is the only product that I now use on my hair! I love it! It's much better than Wen in my opinion... it's a lot less expensive, easier to buy, doesn't bother my scalp, you don't have to use almost the whole bottle each time for it to work, and it doesn't leave your hair oily or frizzy. I really tried to like the Wen products but no matter what I would do my hair was always really frizzy even when using the styling products and I didn't like having to order it over the phone all the time plus the price was too much. I would recommend this for daily use on thick curly hair that tends to frizz - I straighten my hair every other day as well and haven't had any problems with this product. Thank you Salon Grafix!

Was pleasantly surprised at how well this works. It really does clean the hair and scalp, smells great and is kind to my hair. My hair is extremely thick and wavy/curly, but I use it on my Mother's thinning curly hair and it works well on both. It was a great find!

Usually use Deva Care products and thought I'd try this non-lathering cleanser, but it is horribly drying and harsh to hair and should not be used by anyone. Truely awful.

Okay. So this product is supposed to be similar to wen, which is a cream hair cleanser that has no lather. I believe that this is supposed to replace shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, etc. I used this for a few days. You use 5 pumps or so, depending in the length and thickness of your hair. At first I was scared that it would not be enough conditioning for me, so I put in just a LITTLE BIT of anti-frizz/leave in conditioner stuff. I blow dried it, and I feel like my hair felt gross. It didn't look greasy, the roots just felt...weird. So I used it again, this time skipping the extra product. I noticed that my hair almost went straighter than usual when I blow dried it. However, I still had that weird feeling of semi greasiness in the roots. But I also felt like my ends were kind of dry. Not easy to run my fingers through my hair. Maybe if I continued to stick with this cleanser, my hair would start producing less oil, making it work better. It's worth a shot if you're looking for something different. Give it a couple weeks before you trash it.

very good product, other shampooes would first strip oils and then with conditioners it would make it oily. balanced my hair well, am a continued user of this now!!!

Hi! I have been using this cleansing conditioner for about a month now. I expected it to be a dupe of the WEN products (which I haven't shelled out the money to try yet) thinking that for the price I'd get fabulous hair and it would give my hair the moisture it's been craving. However, other than the fact that it's one step and the product doesn't lather, there's not much of a difference in between this and just using shampoo and conditioner. Actually, I had been using suave professionals before this and it worked much better and left my hair feeling soft and I also didn't have to use a ton of product. The directions on the product say 5-7 pumps for longer hair which I have, but I end up using double that. Also for reference my hair is wavy and has a bit of friz. Cleansing wise, the product does work but you do have to use a lot.
