I opened the package, kind of excited about what I was going to get with this sampler, but there was nothing there but the shampoo and conditioner I bought for my husband. I even double checked the receipt in the package and it was on the receipt so I didn't imagine that I had ordered this sampler. I don't know if this was an accident or false advertisement. I do know that I won't buy into it again. I was so disappointed!

Didn't get anything useful! Received one time use packets, so can't really see if the products work!

These weren't even worth trying in my opinion. The sizes were too small the bother dealing with in my opinion.

The Variety Pack shown in this photo was not what was shipped to me. I only received a small plastic bag with one or two 1/2 ounce samples.

Not having received the sampler, and reading reviews that others had the same experience, I called Ulta's toll-free number as provided on the packing slip for my order, and they couldn't have been nicer; apologized, and assured me they would send out the sampler immediately.
You can't ask for better than that!

Happy with Ulta, now.

Never got it in the package, and from the other reviews here, I have no high hopes of getting samples at all... but I'm determined to try. Why would anyone order direct from the site if there is no benefit?

Got a Calvin Klein Cosmetic Lineup booklet, L'oreal BB cream in light shade sample, Fekkai Advanced Salon Technician Color Care shampoo & conditioner samples, and Hello Flawless Petal & Champagne makeup samples. The samples are all items I have wanted to test so I'm happy to get them for free! Thank You Ulta!

Overall I was disappointed with my Variety Sampler Pack, and truthfully there wasn't anything "fabulous" about it. I only received 2 samples , a Crest whitening strip and a very tiny amount of some type of BB cream, which ended up being too light for my skin tone so I didn't use it. Next time I think I'll choose a fragrance samples instead.
