I've used another brand which worked great but broke. I saw this one and thought it would be just a good, but it doesn't work at all. Just clumps lashes together but no curl.

This product takes a while to warm up which is fine but then it doesn't curl your lashes like it should. I am very disappointed with this product and I have given it several trys to see if I can get it to work.

This lash curler was a suggestion from one of the sales floor reps. I wasn't looking specifically for a lash curler but she made it sound so awesome, I figured why not. Okay, why not? Because it doesn't work. It was similar to running a regular lash comb through my lashes..just this one had some heat to it. The heated part sounded scary..but it's not. I just didn't find this product to be worth the money spent.

I have a problem with my eyelashes being very straight and need to curl them daily. After many times using my blow dryer to heat my traditional curler, I thought I would try this one. It heats up nice, comes with the battery and is so slim and compact to store. I really like it...BUT the design is kind of flawed. First, it says to use it after applying mascara, so I did for the first week. Now I've noticed the mascara build-up on the wand and I'm afraid to clean it without damaging the heating unit. Second, unlike a traditional curler with an upper and lower part that holds the lashes in place while curling, this just has a lower part and your lashes slip off and have nothing to determine the shape that they should be forming to. If this had an upper and lower section that would hold the lashes and make them actually curl - it would be SO PERFECT! Guess I will just wait until they figure it out and redesign it, or find someone else who already has...

1st I took it apart to try to put the battery in and 1 of the pieces broke off. I should've known then. It has no "clamp", so you relying on some miracle that it's connecting with your lashes. I'm so disappointed. My $$$ is tight, and $15 on something that doesn't really do much is heartbreaking. I have been using my Shu Umera curler for years and know it's time to get a new one, but this was not it. Back to the drawing board for me.

I thought somebody should come up with a heated eyelash curler, but I think they need to go back to the drawing board. Maybe one that clamps down would work better, this one you just comb through your lashes. I see no discernible curl.
