I have used a different crystal nail file for a long time and loved it -- unfortunately I dropped it on a tile floor and it broke. This one is of very poor quality--most of it was smooth glass on arrival and what rough surface was left, wore off in one use. Do not buy this product. I contacted Ulta, but never received an answer--not good customer service.

The description is deceptive. I thought it was textured glass that would last but an cheap emery board lasts longer. The coating wore off before I even finished filing my nails once. I had to finish my last three nails with an emery board.

I was under the impression this was textured so it'd last. I have very thin nails but the coating only lasted for one use. A cheap emery board lasts longer!
