I had been eying this palette for quite some time, but being in my early 30s was starting to feel that maybe I was getting too old for Urban Decay. I anxiously waited for this to show up in the mail, and was so thrilled when it arrived. I felt like a teenager trying Urban Decay all over for the first time again (it probably didn't help that I had Pearl Jam playing when the UPS truck showed up). The colors are gorgeous! They are especially flattering on my medium skin tone (neutral undertones) and hazel eyes. The colors are all very pigmented and go on super smooth. I have oily eyelids and even when I forgot to use primer the shadows stayed on for at least 8 hours without creasing or budging. If, like me, you feel you may be getting too old for Urban Decay I highly recommend giving this palette a try. The colors are a very good compromise between their normal bright colors and their neutrals.

I wasn't sure if I would use all of the shades when I bought the palette, but now I find myself using all of them. The cream shade looks way better on than I would have expected, and I LOVE the purple (top right) and the grey shades. I get compliments whenever I wear these shadows. The case is my prettiest Urban Decay palette (and I have a lot)!

I love this palette, it has colors for both everyday wear and for nights or special occasions. The colors are all very pigmented and blend easily. I recommend a primer with this palette because without it the colors tend to crease. The only downside is that the sparkly colors often fall from the brush and get sparkles under you eyes and on your cheeks.
