Comments about Napoleon Perdis The One Concealer:
Use this to cover blemishes and underye circles and I love it! Better than any other concealer I've used. Just use my fingers to apply it and it looks great. Only cons have to be that it settles in my undereye creases (which is probably inevitable) and I'm uncertain about it's lasting power. Think it needs to be finished well with some powder.

Comments about Napoleon Perdis The One Concealer:
I was skeptical because of the beige color (I'm yellow undertoned) but after looking at the ingredients and reading reviews I thought what the heck. I'm so glad I gave it a try! It's very smooth and blends beautifully into the eye area AND actually covers dark circles. I think I found my HG concealer....and it's beige!

Comments about Napoleon Perdis The One Concealer:
I use this under the eye it seems to work well at covering up dark circles. Not much success with blemish or dark spots, but that is probably an application problem on my part. Wish it was a little lighter to match my skin tone better.

Comments about Napoleon Perdis The One Concealer:
This would get 5 stars if it applies evenly all the time. I apply under my eyes and on the apples of my cheeks (where I'm red); sometime I apply with a brush and sometimes with my fingers. I apply a little and add more if need but a tap with a brush or finger is enough to cover my under eyes. I also love how it works for my skin tone efferlesly, I don't have to match colors (which I hate.... a lot,) and blends real well.
